If you wish to void a shipment within your Appath account, this is very easy. Simply go to Shipments:
And then, once you chose the shipment(s) you would like voided, simply click on Void Shipment(s) at the top:
On the new window that comes up, simpli click on Next:
Next, we will let you know if the request was successful or not.
Note: to qualify for a refund, once you void a shipment for Endicia and Express 1, you will need to meet the following:
– the refund must be requested within 10 days
– the shipment must have not been scanned by USPS
If the request was successful and the shipment will be voided, your shipment will be automatically moved to the ‘Awaiting Shipment’ status.
