If you wish to submit a Ticket to one of your other users in regards to a specific order (to have them process it on a specific date, or further investigate an incident related to that order, etc.), you will need to follow the below steps:
1. Go to Orders,
2. Choose the order(s) you would like this to be about and then simply click on the New Ticket button at the top:
3. The new window that comes up will allow you to choose a couple of key factors, like: who to assign this ticket to, priority, due date, etc.
As soon as you are finished with creating the ticket, you have 2 options: Save & Show Ticket (it’s basically a Preview of the ticket) or Save & Close (this will not preview the ticket, but it will automatically get assigned instead).
