Split Orders

In case an order has been partially cancelled, or you need to ship only a part of it, you can simply split the order into multiple ones, using the Split feature. In order to do this, you will need to:

1. Go to Orders,

2. Next, select the order from your list, and then go to Split, at the top:

3. On the new page that comes up, you will have the option to give the new order a number, new tag(s) if you deem necessary,

And also a couple of fields to fill in with the info you are removing from your current order: the number of products, the cost of the product that you are substracting from your current order, the amount paid, the shipping paid and the tax fees.

Once all fields have been filled in, don’t forget to click on Split Order at the bottom.
