Please note that most carriers accept packages within a few days of the date on the label, however, this might not be accepted across all carriers. Therefore, we always advise that you set the Ship Date to the day that you actually plan to ship the package.
When you create a Shipping Label, the Ship Date will automatically be entered with the current date. However, you can always change it to whichever suits you.
The Ship Date field can be found by following the below steps:
First go to Orders, then select the one you wish to modify and go to Create Labels (at the top),
On this pop-up window, at the bottom, you will find the Ship Date field, that can be edited at your own choice.
That’s it. Don’t forge to to save the changes when you’re finished.
