Both Express 1 and Endicia have set limits on how much postage you can purchase at once, as well as how much postage your account can have at any time:
Endicia: maximum postage purchase: $500 (your account can only have $500 at any time)
minimum postage purchase: $25
If you would like to set up your account to automatically purchase postage when the balance in your account reaches a certain limit, please follow the instructions outlined in our forum post here. Additionaly, if you wish to increase your account limits, we advise you to contact Endicia directly at support@endicia.com.
Express 1: maximum postage purchase: $2500
minimum postage purchase: $25
There are 2 ways to purchase additional postage via your Appath account:
– either when creating the shipping label,
– or, via the Shipping Carriers module inside the Settings section (the gear icon at the top right) simply by clicking on the Purchase Postage links next to both Express 1 and Endicia
