Orders are not importing into Appath

If you find that your orders are not successfully importing into your Appath account, this may be caused by several reasons:

Order Date and Type:

  •  orders that don’t have shipping info may not import (depending on the marketplace)
  •  orders that are several weeks old, may not import into your Appath account
  • usually orders statuses are not imported for orders that are fulfilled by external services such as Fulfilled by Amazon, or are already shipped or cancelled

Plugins (the ones used by marketplaces to connect to your Appath account):

  • if  you have plugins set up that change order details, or if they are out of date, this might prevent them from being imported into your Appath account

Marketplace Connection Issue:

  • if you are getting an error message when updating your store via your Appath account, this means you will need to go ahead an reconfigure your store

Order Status Mappings:

  • some of the marketplaces might allow custom statuses for your orders and this means you will need to map your custom status to your Appath order statuses. However, if one of your orders has a status that isn’t mapped, Appath will not import it. In order to fix this, you will need to simply go ahead and reconfigure your marketplace and this will update your order statuses
