Mark Order as Shipped (for an order that is not shipped via your Appath account)

In case you have an order that is not shipped via your Appath account, you can simply mark it as Shipped, following the below instructions:

1. Go to Orders,

2. Select the order(s) that you wish to mark as shipped and go to Shipped, at the top:

3. A new window will come up, that will allow you to choose some additional info, such as Shipping Date  and Carrier:

Once you are finished, you can choose whether to notify the customer and/or the marketplace. Finally, click the Mark as Shipped button, and the order(s) will be moved into the Shipped status in your account.
