Once a package gets delivered by either UPS or FedEx, you might notice some discrepancies in the rates that were actually applied, rather than the ones that you were quoted. These discrepancies might be caused by one of the following reasons:
– The order weight that was entered, differed from the one that the driver recorded
– The address was marked as commercial, but the driver marked it as residential
– The warehouse you selected has incomplete detailed info
– Your UPS Negotiated Rates account was not fully set up via your Appath account
However, please note that even if UPS / FedEx will charge you a different amount than the one quoted, you will always see the reason why, on your invoice.
