If you have too many orders and you just cannot find the ones you need, you can simply filter them, using either some default filters, or the ones you have previously created. If you wish to find out more about creating Order Filters, please read this tutorial.
In order to filter your orders, simply go to Orders,
Filter Orders, at the top right:
And this will open up an Orders Filter pop-up window, where you will need to first choose the Shipment Status. Then, in the Filter Group, you can either choose from the default filters, or use the ones you have already created, by going to Custom Filters:
If you find that you will need to change around a filter’s criteria, in order to fit your need, there is also an Edit Filter button, that will allow you to do that.
Once you have selected the right filters, there are 4 options to choose from, at the bottom:
- Cancel: simply cancel this page
- Create Custom Filter: if you want this to not only be an order view, but an Order Filter as well, simply choose this option and a new window will come up that will allow you to further edit your filter.
- Clear: if you wish to clear all options and start over
- Filter Orders: this will filter all orders and will only leave the ones that meet the specified criteria
