Please note that although both Express 1 and Endicia provide USPS shipping labels with pre-paid postage, their services are significantly different. We have compiled a list of the discounts included with each of them below:
Express 1 provides discounted rates on USPS Priority and Express Mail:

Endicia provides access to all classes of USPS postage. This includes the following:
- First Class Mail (up to 16 oz. packages if you qualify for Endicia’s Commercial Plus Pricing perk)
- Media Mail
- Parcel Select
- Priority Mail (including Flat Rate and Regional Rate Boxes)
- Express Mail
- First Class Mail International
- Priority Mail International
- Express Mail International
- Endicia’s shipping rates are at the Commercial Base level, which is a discount from the retail rates that you would receive at a USPS counter.
- Endicia will allow you to upgrade to Commercial Plus level pricing if you meet their volume requirements.
