If you wish to add a custom message to your customers when sending the return label via email, this can be done very easy via your Appath account. Additionaly, this custom message can be created separately for each store. In order to do this, first go to Settings, then Stores in the left hand side,
Locate the store you wish to customize the message for, and when you click on it, the below window should come up:
Here, first go to Messaging and you’ll find the Return Message for Email box, that will allow you to write your cuztomized message.
Don’t forget to hit Save Changes, when you’re done.
