Please note that your custom forms are submitted automatically by Appath for UPS via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and FedEx via ETD (Electronic Trade Documents).
However, you will need to apply for these services directly with UPS and FedEx. Then, electronic form submission will happen when you create the shipments for any orders that will both require a customs form, as well as being sent via either of these carriers.
Unfortunately, we cannot submit customs form info electronically for USPS, however the label information will get transmitted.
Also, please note that when you print your UPS labels, you will have a ‘EDI’ / ‘EDT’ printed on them, meaning that you have electronically submitted your customs forms.
